いつも仲良くしてもらっているJさんのファミリーが、お友達のハウスシッターをしている田舎の大きな家でランチをご馳走してくれました。メグより少し大きなEちゃんと、お姉さんのJちゃんとも遊んでもらいました。ここで、いくつか初めてがありました。

大きな犬。これには、声を出して指をさし、とっても嬉しそうでした。吼えられたときは、ちょっとびっくり気味でしたが、その後も嬉しそうな様子に変わりはありませんでした。

鶏。みんなで餌をあげに行きました。近づいてきた鶏に少し固まり気味になったメグ、パパにしがみついていました。

お庭のトランポリン。泣いてハイハイをしていました。

アイスクリームのコーン。メグは、まだ、アイスクリームを食べてことがありません。夏の暑いときにいつか食べさせてあげたいと思います。とのわけで、今日は、コーンだけ貰いました。

天候にも恵まれ、とても気持ちの良い一日でした。

J’s family invited us for lunch at the big house they are housesitting. Meg played with their kids, E and J. Meg had a couple of things for the first time.

A big dog – Meg pointed him with her happy voice. She was all right after he barked.

Chicken – We went outside to feed them. As they came close to Meg, she grabbed Dad’s leg tight.

Trampoline – She did not like it as she started to cry.

Ice-cream cone – We will keep ice cream for her to eat in summer sometime, but she had cone without ice-cream, today.

It was a beautiful day!
